145 East 84th Street is a 16 story co-op located between Third and Lexington Avenues. This post-war building was built in 1964 and has 95 apartments. Prior to Skyline Windows installation in 2013, the building’s original windows were in place and not operating to their full extent.

Aside from having windows that functioned to the full degree, the owner was interested in replacing her windows to have a more modern appearance. The most important aspect was to have the most unobstructed view possible. We chose to supply Skyline's Series 500SG Tilt and Turn windows, 1700 Terrace Doors, and an Arcadia sliding door, installed brick-to-brick.

We were very successful in creating a more modern look and feel to the apartment to the delight of the apartment owner.
